Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 20, 2026.
By creating an account or using rustplayertracker.com you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Rust Player Tracker lets you track players on Rust servers and look up public Steam profile information. It's provided "as is", without guaranteeing that third-party data (Steam, BattleMetrics) is always available, complete or instantly up to date -it depends on external services outside our control.
Accounts
You need at least a valid email to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens from your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You can also use the service as a guest, with limited features and without your tracking list being kept between visits.
Plans and pricing
There's a free plan (Scout) and paid plans (Tracker, Overwatch) with higher tracking limits and extra features, plus one-off search packs that don't expire. Current prices for each plan are always shown on the Pricing page before you pay.
New accounts automatically get a 7-day free trial of the Tracker plan; after that, the account reverts to the Scout plan unless a paid plan is purchased.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed through Stripe; this site never sees or stores your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly) until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (accessible from your account): cancelling stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund the already-paid part of the current period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Completing a payment gives you immediate access to the digital content purchased. Under EU consumer rules, by expressly requesting that immediate access you accept losing the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right, to the extent the service has already started being provided.
One-off search packs are single payments, non-refundable once the pack is available on the account, except for errors attributable to the service.
Acceptable use
The service is for personal use, within the context of the game itself (deciding who to play with or track in a match). It may not be used to harass, threaten or harm another person, nor to automate bulk queries beyond what the normal app interface allows.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service's technical limits.
Third-party data shown in the app
Player and server information comes from public sources (Steam Web API, BattleMetrics) and is shown as provided by those platforms. We don't guarantee its accuracy; important decisions (for example, accusing someone of cheating) should rely on your own judgment, not solely on what the app shows.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but we don't guarantee it's free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on information shown in the app, nor for the unavailability of third-party services (Steam, BattleMetrics, Stripe) the site depends on.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update features, plans or prices, and these terms, to reflect changes to the service. Material changes will be communicated reasonably (for example, by updating this page's date).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any concern, write to soporte@rustplayertracker.com first -most issues get resolved faster that way than through legal action.
